"Canadian Silver" YEARS and % content.

I thought it would be easier asking rather than do alot of searching.
I happen to stumble on 1949 Canadian nickel. I saw what they were going for on ebay a couple of bucks or so. My question: what year did they reduce the silver or eliminate it?
ITs Easy to dechipher with US coins because We have the Red Book!
ANY link or insight from you experts would be helpful!
thanks:

Scroll down this link to whichever Canadian coin you are interested in. It looks like 1922 was the last year of a silver 5 cent piece in Canada. After that it was replaced with a coin made of nickel, hence the name.
