After Dorian passed, the jetties at the beach had a 1 foot+ gap under the bottom of them.
The jetties are about 3 feet high.
Been watching it fill in.
Now the sand has covered the jetties.
That's over 4 feet of sand that has filled in since the storm.
That's a major sand shift.
I knew sand moved around.
But didn't realize it could be so much.
I'm amazed.
