So I am out here for the next month and a half working on a project on base in Charleston. Would anybody here have some suggestions to where to hunt or places to check out. Heck, if your from Charleston I would love to join you on a hunt......help me out please.

I was there over the summer. Didn’t hunt while there but saw a few beach’s I’d hit. Sullivan’s Island and Folly Beach looked awesome. Lots of people on the beach.

I'm in Georgetown, north of Chas. Honestly, I haven't nailed any good spots. I have found a few random keepers, but up until now haven't been able to devote the time.

There are a number of hot shot members here in the low country, and frequently share their great finds. They are productive digging up the good stuff. They seem to know the area well. Hopefully they'll weigh in.

By the way, don't whip out your detector in Charleston city limits on public property. Can't do it. Good luck, by the way.
