Can't figure this one out, Cast your vote...

I knew, I should have paid more attention to history in school...
Found this nickle size pendant. No markings, No Clue...

Anyone have any ideas as to what this would represent... Have look at a 1000 pics, nothing even close...
It's like looking for a needle in a hay stack
It looks like a Roman Soldier to me,,, but I have had no luck finding a similar charactor on anything.
Give me your opinion as to what you think the charactor on the pendant is...
Maybe I could get a little closer to ID'ing it...

I'm sure it is just a cheap trinket,,, I was just wondering if the charactor/symbol had some sort of meaning...
If it stood for some type of organization, religion, or what...
