I've been running around the neighboring CRP field and came across a lot of trash...A lot of metal pieces from Shotshells, Pieces of barb wire, metal from farm equipment. I made sure to take the trash out of the field and properly dispose of the items. I ran into one Rattle snake and one Racer. No biggy...Just go around them.
Today I decided to work the side of my own yard. I found an arrow I shot low into the ground while bow tuning about 4-5 years ago. I also found a Glue on Field point for a traditional wood shaft or possibly an Crossbow bolt field point. My son loves using the detector and he found some modern coin. he was very happy. I think I'm gonna upgrade..I'm looking into the Garrett AT pro. I'm a newbie at this but it sure is fun learning.
