Carved Turtle??

Found snorkeling 75 yds off the coast of the Dominican Republic in Punta Cana. Any thoughts

My first thought is that its a concretion, but it sure does look like a turtle!

I think Mother nature made that, possibly something volcanic and those were actually bubbled up molten rock and it has wore down over time.IMO
