Carved Wooden rocking bear advise

Hello, I have a rocking bear in carved wood. pretty heavy piece. Are there experts here who know how old this is and where this is made?

I watch storagewars from here in Belgium so i thought i would give it a try to see if someone can give me more info on it.

I'm gonna guess Black Forest bear, German... I've never seen a BF rocking bear, but I've seen darn near everything else BF bear. My mom would know, I'll ask her.

i not sure who made it but can tell its very nice,id buy it and my kids now are too big to ride it,thanks for sharing.id look up black forest like mentioned before.oh love the wide planked floor its on also
