🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Cast iron decorative?

Heavy cast. Flowers and vines. 3 3/4 Diameter. 1/2" hole with a smaller single hole. Could be anything I suspect, but tossing it out there. Thx

It looks like a base to a receipt spike like you might have seen in old general stores, etc.
