Caught a radar tonightan I saw a star!

I was at work tonight an was giving change back from a sell when I noticed this an put it to the side for farther inspection.. turns out to be a radar star note

I'm not sure what the definition of a radar star note is , but yours is interesting in that it's the same number whether it's read backwards or forward

yes that is what Radar means the star starts a new batch so I beleive a radar with a star is rare
