I've got some acreage North of there, though I've never found even a hint of a cave, or even a sinkhole. The whole lower half of Missouri is riddled with caves. If it all goes down the toilet the Ozarks would be a great hunkerdown. And no telling what treasures could be hidden in those caves. Those caves also have the potential to make moonshining great again! Just sayin'...
