Got back out to the construction site for an evening hunt and dug a nice old Central of GA Railway Luggage Tag, a beat up 1864 Indian Head Penny, a 3 piece GA State Seal button (post Civil War), a nice 1880s Druggist Bottle from Savannah, GA and a few other odds and ends.

Hard to say, I could not find an exact match online. But I would guess between 1850 and 1860. The line started in the 1830s.
