Does this look like an eagle with stars?

Yeah guys it’s 3:30 in the morning and I’m still looking through all this trash and I’m finding some goodies that would’ve just sat there or not been appreciate it. I got a couple of good buttons but on this one is that my eyes or do I see a little bit of an eagle with some stars on top it’s 21.2mm
