century home hunt today

Found 2 IH pennies a 1888, 1902 an old infantry badge I think , an old button and 2 silvers a 1908 barber dime and sterling silver ring. Also a few wheaties. Not sure what the military badge or button is any info would be great. Happy hunting.

The military insignia looks like a WWI US Army collar disc for the infantry branch.

Its threaded and has a couple prongs that would grip whatever its put on

Here's a close up of the button. Anyone know what it came off of or is it just an ordinary button? It has a globe in the middle with north and south america on it

It looks a lot like a Columbian Expositon button from 1893. The compass rose is different, but most likely item from one of the expositions of that era.
