Charles 1 Half Groat

Yesterday I made a reply on Crusaders post Day 28 big grass field congratulating him on finding a Charles1 penny :thumbsup:

I also remarked that you don't see many Charles Hammered coins and that I had only ever had two $:-\$ well make that three now :icon_king:

because today I managed to find a Charles1 Half Groat Tower Mint under Parliament 1645-6 :thumbsup:

The Roman fields are about completed now for this season :'(

but it's been a great year with some remarkable finds from this site :icon_sunny:

can't wait till next harvest :-*
