Charles Manson was tried, convicted, and sentenced to death, along with three female members of the "Manson Family."
The California State Supreme Court found the death penalty to be Unconstitutional in 1972.
Charlie and the 3 females had their sentences commuted to " Life WITH the possibility of Parole"

And the Calif. state taxpayers, like myself, have to pay for their existence to the day they die. How is justice being served with that procedure?
