The AA book's biding is nice, but from the title/etc. stamp I can tell it came with a dust jacket at one time.
Neither book is worth much, being many coin collectors are looking for up-to-date prices for their coins.
However, you may get lucky and find someone who would like a book from the 70's on coin values.
I have several from thrift stores I buy when they pop up, because I like to compare today's market with 40 years ago.
