Cherokee Town Found

Went out with a friend of mine Saturday and we located where Cherokee Town Oklahoma used to be. Its on private farmland now and nothing visible remains, but we did get permission to hunt it and we will be going back there hopefully in the near future. We scouted the grounds more than we hunted on this trip, but we did find out we were in the right place. It is a large area and will take us months to go over, but I think we'll eventually find a few things. It was my first outing in almost a month due to lousy work schedule.
