Given how scarce silver is in rolls (I mainly hunt halves, and some dimes), I was thinking of looking for varieties. Although I collect coins, I am not looking to become a varieties collector but rather see it as another way I could find "treasure" in rolls.

Do folks here have any recommendations for books or websites where I could find a guide to varieties? I would be searching regular rolls from the bank, not rolls or bags bought from dealers (like bulk lots of wheaties, mercs, etc.), so guides to non-silver coins generally in circulation is what I am after. Since I don't plan on building a collection of varieties I want to focus on finding varieties that are valuable and can fairly readily be sold on ebay.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
