I did 39 yrs ago. The city is on its way to total collapse....no bid contracts, 512 murders in 2012 (Many NOT reported), debt up the wazoo, selling their posessions to private enterprises (far south toll road, parking meters, etc), totally destroying an airport without ANY permission (Miggs Field), highest sales tax in the U S, etc. Thank God I'm out of there!!!!
