Pretty cool fork

The Watson Company of Attleboro, MA is correct, but it won't be as old as 1880. They didn't trade under that name or use that mark until 1920

Watson & Newell (1880-1886)
Watson Newell & Co (1887-1895)
Watson & Newell Co. (1895-1920)
and then as Watson Company (1920-1955)
