Chinese Export Silver Teapot and Sugar Bowl

My wifes family was having a yard sale and I found these. Too bad the teapot is missing the lid and the handle is broken. I assume these are late 1800s / early 1900s,

Does anyone recognize the marks?

Thanks...I will post to that forum. I was looking at other Hung Chong pieces and those are much nicer. This one is cruder and nearly identical to the worthpoint link which doesnt say it was made by Hung Chong: https://www.worthpoint.com/worthoped...ons-1837165179

Gorgeous fines. Love Chinese export Silver. Unfortunately I don’t find much of that around here
