Nice shaker. Chinese export silver, circa 1890-1910 imho. Good luck on finding it's mate.

Being a single one is going to hurt it's value. As for total value I don't know but it's got to be worth more than scrap.

As small as it is and even as a single shaker, I would value it at $50-$75. My opinion.
