Chomping at the bit

One of my permissions that was built in the early 1800's is getting remodeled. It has been a parts store for years and is being made into rental offices. I just found out yesterday that they plan to tear out the parking lot and redo it. On going to be watching like a hawk for this to happen. The small front yard only produced modern coins and some trash but I have a feeling there will be some goodies under that tar.

I am always on the lookout for demos,sidewalk/driveway tear outs and new construction sites I am waiting on a 1 square block demolition of a building with an adjacent parking lot good luck on your search
