i think its from a church from canada built in 1600 from news one with kind of the sane saying but they are all newer it says on back priez pournous bonne ste anne it has church on front cant read what it says on front

Yep, Catholic. Translates, "pray for us St. Anne" I'm not so sure what "Bonne" translates but if my french is correct it's in the lines with "good" so, yes Catholic Medallion
