These Church of St. John the Divine tokens are not too rare as I have one:
Brass, 31 mm, 10.84 gm
Obverse: Figure of church, W & H Co. (Whitehead and Hoag, manufacturers)
Reverse: Figure of eagle, The Cathedral Church of St. John The Divine / New York / Souvenir of Pilgrimage
