Howdy all,

I was out and about the other day and I stopped at a park that I haven't detected. I drove around the block and parked. I suited up and headed to the tot lot first. As I start to recover my first signal I see a city worker heading my way. I pretend not to notice him and cary on. He is standing directly in front of me now so I can't ignore him any longer. He asks me if I found his wife's gold ring. I tell him no. He laughs. Says he saw me and needs help finding a buried brass valve. Of course I oblige and go to look. I walk over and take one swing and locate it. It took longer to walk to his location than I had been in the park. This whole thing surprised me.

Great job Mike!!! Glad you didn't run into some city worker trying to flex his muscle and running you off.
