A lot of those seem to be more modern bullets. The top row looks like jacketed rifle bullets,many of the others appear to have reeding in the grooves which would argue against Civil War vintage,probably pistol bullets.Your pic isn,t real clear when enlarged,so I,m giving just an educated guess.

I totally agree withcrashbandicoot, and better pic would help.
 

If you want a real close ID,we need the weight it grains and diameters of some of them,length helps too along with clear pics of a sample of them. If I had to guess,the top row looks to be 6.5mm or .264". Looks like you found someone,s old shooting range impact area.
