Oh man nice seated! Congrats! :icon_thumleft:

pretty darn awesome! either one should have put a smile on your face

I was stoked to find them both and especially the half dime 1850 is pretty darn old

Some real beauts!

Great saves, congratulations on both

Heck yeah! Dont get much better then Confederate buttons. Those state seals get your heart pumping. That half dime is amazing too. I'd be extremely happy with that hunt.

Very nice finds, congrats!!!

Nice old coin shooting! :occasion14:

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

I have reason to believe a confederate general lived at my detecting site. So I'm gonna say theres a good chance. It was his button lol

Dennis good job thats a great coin

Love that button!!!!

Thanks guys there was a confederate general who lived on the plantation where I found the button and my infantry button. I believe that it is a south carolina state seal militia button from what I've read. This particular general served in the. South Carolina militia. So it's a heck of a coincidence or I've got myself a somewhat famous general's button or at least he's famous in NC

I’ve only gotten 1 seated dime and never a half dime. Half reals and Half Capped Bust now that different. But my Seated Dime is the one around my neck. Congratulations on that beautiful seated and awesome button!!

Love the button!!
