Well couldn't let nm dan have all the fun today so I was able finish all my honey dos and met up with NMDan for 3 hrs and was able to part of what I believe shoulder scales . My only question is what is eagle I button attached to one the scales

I have seen that before.. it is the upper scale at the attachment .. It was thought to be a field repair where the little twist latch broke off.
