Civil War Non-Regulation Sword?

Can anyone ID this sword? It is marked "Weyersberg & (can't read the next word) Solingen." These words are written in cursive. The blade is marked "Eisenhauer" on one side of the blade and "Echtdamast" on the other. Thanks!

I have discovered it is marked "Weyersberg & Stamm Solingen" but in a cursive font unlike the standard stamped font.
