PBK could be. It is just flat on the bottom no screw hole or not threaded. I do know that this area had a civil war camp. Do not know if this item dates back that far though.

I've found old brass water spigots and handles like that at late 1800 homesites. I wouldn't think it would be from a camp, but maybe an older homesite that would have been nearby. I suppose they could have had water barrels with spigots on them.

Most probably part of a spigot from a crock rather than a barrel,jmho.
