Glad you found one of the CW tokens, not too many ever posted. I only ever found one, a Knickerbocker Currency type.
From Wikipedia:
Civil War tokens are token coins that were privately minted and distributed in the United States between 1861 and 1864. They were used mainly in the Northeast and Midwest. The widespread use of the tokens was a result of the scarcity of government-issued cents during the Civil War. (Outlawed April 1864)
If I was ever to collect by buying, it would be the CW Patriotic and Store tokens and Hard Times tokens. The CW patriotic and store tokens are a piece of history and there are many, many of them out there so not too expensive to start a collection. I thought I had your exact token in my possession right now, but cannot seem to find it in my inventory list I have for a friends collection. As you can see by the list below there are many different ones out there, and this is just what my friend has in his collection.
