I recently got permission for several very large fields that have been farmed since the late 1600's. While that is exciting in itself, one of them had a CCC camp on it in the early 1930's. Has anyone ever detected such a site before? What can I expect I might find, other than early 1900's coins? Were there any identifiable objects I might come across? So far all I've found are IHP's and colonial flat buttons (plain). Not counting a bucket of can slaw. Just getting started. Farmer is anxious to see what might turn up as he did not know about the camp, or the 5 colonial houses that were marked on old maps!
Thanks for any help.
