Ok, I'm new to MDing (less then a year Rookie) and need some cleaning tips. The Silver coins I have found were easy, but, I have several finds like large square nails and so on that I would like to clean up to get a better look at. Whats the best way to deal with all the tons of rust on the goods.
the button in the picture is the size of a dime so the nail here is a good size one. ? How to best clean? is where I am at now :lol: I also have some old horse shoes and come other finds from a site that was a old camp/fort in the early 1800's that I would like to get a better look at. Any help would be great.
