The storm bands moved east enough for the beaches to be in the clear for awhile, so I thought I'd see how things were looking. The surf overtook the 10PM low tide, and there was big sand everywhere I looked. Guess Debbie needs a little more time. That's the lifeguard stand just south of Pier 60, and the volleyball nets by Frenchies. P1010272.webpP1010275.webp

We got some big surf and rain on the east coast, gonna detect all the erosion areas see what turns up

I saw several crab traps thrown up on shore so yesterday it looked like a lot of sand had move on shore. IF the direction of the wind, and waves change maybe it will cut some of the sand bar and cut us a nice drift at the waters edge. Its been duck weather out there right now.
