I FOUND THIS AWLIE BACK AND CAN NOT ID IT. IT WAS RECOVERED IN ILLINOIS ACROSS FROM ST LOUIS.ANY HELP WOULD BE HELPFUL.

Defintitely Mexico. I have one from the 1800s that looks similar.
