Man...this whole 'working full time" thing really messes with coin hunting. Only finished up 4 bags of cents over the weekend. 66 wheats, oldest was a worn 1918, 8 before 1940, and a LOT of 2009's. The highlight was definitely this, only my 2nd in 343,000:

Also found this. I'm guessing PMD, someone heated it or got slag or something on it, but with the back as it is, idk...

Pulled yet another from Panama, each in different bags:

And 2nd JFK penny too

And this one, someone tried getting artsy

Lastly, this one caught my eye. Figure its machine doubling or a planchet error, but:

Happy hunting everyone!

Just because another cent fits the "clip" doesn't necessarily mean it is genuine. I would like to see pics of the reverse. The obverse shows no sign of the Blakesley effect.

Good point, don't really either.

Seeing the reverse, I don't see any sign of the Blakesley Effect. But looking at the clip area, doesn't show any sign of tooling post-mint. Still has to go in the keeper pile as it only cost you a cent. By the way, what scope are you using?
