Minelab Ctx 3030, my favorite E-Trac & NEL Tornado. Garrett Carrot, (Previously, MXT PRO with D2 and SEF 10x12 coil)
Primary Interest:
Metal Detecting
Week 2 with the E -Trac has produced more good finds. Four more dimes and several older pennies. Unfortunately I decided to clean with a tumbler a couple of the pennies and ended up toasting them. Lost in that process was a decent 1926-D, and 1936-S penny. One made it out ok, the 1937. The 26-d, 36-s and 27-s pennies were found in the same hole 8 inches deep, next time I'll photograph the hole before taking them out. All rosies were between 4-5 inches, the merc was as 7-8 inches. The 1941 nickel was near a tree at 5 inches. The 2 1/2 token for a bottling company.

Schools can give up many good things. Kids must have been terrible at keeping things, lol. Funny that I don't remember losing anything when I went to school:dontknow:

That's cause you didn't know you lost it when you did. I know when I was a kid, had I dropped a dime I would spend a good while trying to find it. You have a great day at the school. Congrats.

Wow, never saw anything with a 2 1/2 cent denomination before. :laughing7:
Sweet finds overall!

That's some good finds, my favorite is the token!
Very interested in the etrac, maybe Santa will bring me one for next year

Is the token silver, it looks silver in the pic, probably aluminum, just looks silver? Tokens are always so cool.
