Coat of Arms badge, button...Silver... Lincoln insured??

Few finds from the other day, Im having a hard time finding info on the button above the coat of arms badge any help would be greatly appreciated..

The Lincoln Insured item might be what's left of a license plate topper.

It looks to be a Sergeant's pin, and that would make sense if you found it near the bottom item which is a Military Cap Badge. Both are military finds. Very nice.

Ill have to look when I get home, I was sure it was a button with a iron back, I did find the hat badge online this one is a smaller one maybe womans hat badge?
