✅ SOLVED cocave button ID

Found this concave button yesterday, no backmark, thirteen stars, center is blank, second ring is lined. any ideas on button. I have looked all over to identify this one.

Sorry, but I believe it isn't a button. It has just a single stud (which is mostly broken off) in the center of its back, and that's not right for a button. I suspect it is a decorative tack, seen on antique heavy leather saddlery, and saddlebags, and harness.
