A couple of guys from our club went and 2 of them found coppers. They spoke with several other hunters who found coins also. We went this past weekend and found zilch.

Hello,

A friend of mine and I drove from the DC area and arrived at Coin Beach Sept 28 for a couple of days.

I found a 1944 Liberty Half on the beach area close to the Museum. Found a bunch of quarters and nickels from the 1970's and 1980's.

My buddy found a Copper which was in bad condition.

This was the first going to Coin Beach and we are planning to make it there a few times a year.

I found a liberty half also up by the museum first one i ever found. 2 half pennys and a silver dime 194? Good Hunting Mark
