This was recovered on a 1750's/1760's fur trade site in Ohio. It is 19mm in diameter, the same as a U.S. penny. As far as coins go the site has produced a KG II. Does anyone recognize this as a coin?

Thanks for any input.

Can you make out any letters or numbers on it?

Unfortunately I can't. The second picture looks like some letters on the bottom but I think it's just corrosion.

Obviously just guessing, but I swear that I see a wreath on the Reverse of the coin. Based on the size of the coin, and the size of the wreath, It appears to look like maybe a Half Cent (early years)?

Thoughts??

looks like a possible match to me - time frame era runs from 1793 to 1857 (64 years)

I was thinking half cents were like 23mm. Are there some that are 19mm?

Gaming Piece? I found a small coin (half dime size) on a trade site. Obverse and reverse have pictures on it. No date at all or letters. I was told by Mark Parker it was a early gaming piece.
