I am by no means a coin pro so I need some help. I am certain this is not old or even sought after. But some one gave me this today and I am just curious what it is. I think it may be Chinese but I don't know for shure or what its denomination is. I know the photos suck but I was in a dark place with a cell phone. LOL Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
