My buddy sent me this pic says the other side is completely flat.I asked for a size reference but never heard back.Any help is appreciated.

Looks like a king George half penny

I don't think it is a King George, believe it is a William III halfpenny or farthing.

Yup. William III halfpenny. You can tell by the reverse too, mine had a very different design of seated Britannia. Made from 1694-1701.

It also could be a William and Mary halfpenny from 1694.
