Coin or What?

Found this silver something?? Could be a coin or maybe a medal . Was found in a park near some apartments that a lot of Arabic families live.. Any help would be appreciated

Looks like an Ottoman Islamic coin with the Islamic date of 1293; or 1876 (give or take a year) in our Gregorian year. If it were not so worn, the pic on the right would show the sultan's monogram, called a 'tughra', which looks like this: Tughra coins « Scintillating Silver
