Found this and have only cleaned with clear water. On front=rex philip v mf D.C. histan chilie - 8 hard to read rest. back has A CROWNED SHIELD WITH 1 LION. WRITING SEEMS TO BE FORIGN ON BACK.

I think it reads "Rex Phillip V DG Hispan Et Ind" With that being said it looks like a fantasy piece. The 8 real coin looks nothing like it.

I feel the same way. I can not find a real with a full frontal bust. Also it looks cast. I think I will lightly clean it more.
