Coin star surprise

Stopped at the local coin star as I do every week and surprisingly, there was a pile of change. Mixed Canadian coins and actual American quarters for $1.15 total. Never understand why people leave a pile of change behind.

I guess if they are aware that it is coin a tray full of coin rejects, maybe they think they can't spend them.

Neither do I. It makes me wonder whether people are lazy or don’t realize there’s a reject tray or their coins are stolen and they just want to get the heck out of there ASAP.
