I was going through change in a piggy bank today, as I was going through the change, I saw a quarter. The quarter had a buffalo on the back. I could tell it was a Kansas quarter. Curious, I looked at the front of it thinking it was an error. I was highly doubting it was. When I looked at the front, I saw the P mint mark, and to my surprise, I saw that the T in Trust was very faint, almost not there.
After 15 minutes of looking at it, I asked for confirmation on another part of the forum. I did get it, and it’s confirmed. This is a 2005P Kansas quarter error.
I remember hearing about these in 2005 when I was on the playground in elementary school. I never thought I would actually find one.
In my mind, this is a BIG score. The second error coin I have ever come across in my life.
Well, that’s all. I just thought I would share this awesome find with you all.
Regards,
Jared
