Coin Tracking Help

OK!!!
Im not the best computer guy around and Im trying to create a spreadsheet to keep a running total of coins and the dollar amount for each coin for 2022.
That being said do any of you use an online site such as Coin Manage? or do you have an easy-to-follow guide to track each coin found and be able to tally the amount as time goes along for the year.
I look forward to all the replies.
