Pick this up a few days ago anybody recognize exactly what it is take it to a coin store but no luck there about ready to pop it out to test it for gold and silver but hate to ruin it

It says in Thai "Miraculously rich 18:00 22 April 1944 to 22 April 2006 18:00"
It's a 62nd anniversary medallion for something, possibly Dhammajayo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luang_Por_Dhammajayo) who is a monk that was born on that day
